Question 1.What does TS1 doc mean?

Answer :It a tax summary certificate. It helps to identify the number of properties within the Municipal Limits of a city. It gives detail of the property and occupier of the property.

Answer :1 Day.

Question 4.Where should the documents be submitted?

Answer :At the designated desks at the respective Suwidha Centers of Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana or online.

Question 5.Is there any fee/charges for obtaining the TS1?

Answer :
  • Resident area
  • 1 to 250 sq yard - Rs 25
  • 250 to 500 sq yard - Rs 50
  • 500 sq yard and above - Rs 100
  • Commercial area
  • 1 to 99 sq yard - Rs 50
  • 99 sq yard and above - Rs 100

Question 2.How many days does it take?

Answer :2 Days for Current Year and 5 Days for Previous Years.

Brick Road :

Cemented Road :
  • Water charges - Rs. 30/- / feet
  • Sewerage charges - Rs. 60/- / feet
Pre mix Road :
  • Water charges - Rs. 180/- / feet

Question 1.What documents are required for Sanctioning of Building plan?

Answer :
  1. Certificate by Architecture
  2. Registry copy
  3. Form A, Form B, Form C
  4. Self Declaration
  5. Indemnity Bond
  6. Blue print

In case of basement, NOC required from neighbours.

Question 2.Is there any fee/charges for Sanctioning of Building Plan?

Answer :
  • Building application fees
  • Residence Rs. 2.5 per sq feet
  • Commercial Rs. 5 per sq feet
Development charges -
  • Below 50 sq yard - Nil
  • 50 to 125 sq yard - 139.33
  • 125 to 250 sq yard - 235.80
  • 250 above - 375.10
Malba charges -
  • Rs. 1 per feet
Malba security fee -
  • 3 times Malba fees
Labour charges -
  • Area * 500 (below 2000 sq feet nil above 2000 construct sq feet multiple by 500)
Sub division charges -
  • Rs. 100 per sq yard
Rain water harvesting fee -
  • Below 250 fee Nil, 250 sq yard Commercial & Industry Charges Rs. 25,000. 500 above commercial & industry charges Rs. 50000.
Form feee -
  • Rs. 25

Question 3.How much time does it take?

Answer :
  • Under RTS for residence - 7 days
  • For Commercial - 15 days
