Disconnection of Water Sewerage Connection

• Consumer can submit his/her application for disconnection of water sewerage connection at Suwidha Center through Single Window System.
• Before disconnection, Consumer needs to pay his all dues standing against this connection.
• After the report of RC (Recovery Clerk) / Clerk & approval of Executive Engineer, Suwidha Center will issue a unique Token Number for disconnection.
• Suwidha Center will move the disconnection case to the concerned block clerk.
• Block Clerk will keep the record and convey Computer Section to disconnect the connection into the system.  
• Disconnection Fees charged by Suwidha Center: Rs.50/-

Required Documents:

1. APPLICATION (Reports : EPD/Clerk/Executive Engineer - O&M)
2. ID PROOF – OWNER AADHAR CARD
3. SELF DECLARATION FORM
4. COPY OF SALE DEED/COPY OF OLD TS-I/WATER & SEWERAGE BILL
5. Copy of PTR (Property Tax Return)
