How to get TS-I

• To get Tax Superintendent Register Number 1 (TS-1), Applicant has to visit concerned Zonal Suwidha Office for submitting his/her application.
• Before Apply TS-I Certificate, Applicant needs to clear/pay all dues standing against his property.
• After clearing all dues, Applicant can submit his/her application at Suwidha Center through Single Window System.
• Suwidha Center will issue a unique Token Number to the Applicant.
• Suwidha Center will deliver TS-I Certificate to the applicant after receiving Token Number.

Required Documents:

1. APPLICATION (NO DUE REPORTS H.TAX & P.TAX, WATER & SEWERAGE , DISPOSAL & LICENCE)
2. ID PROOF
3. COPY OF REGISTRY or COPY OF OLD TS-I
4. CURRENT YEAR P.TAX, WATER & SEWERAGE , DISPOSAL & LICENCE RECEIPTS
