1. Punjab Government has decided to levy 'Cow Cess' in order to arrange the fund for care of the stray animals.
2. Punjab Government has imposed cow cess at the rate of INR 1,000 on purchase of a new vehicle (rickshaw, car, truck, bus, etc) while purchase of a two-wheeler is attract a cow cess of INR 200.
3. Auto Dealer need to Sign Up with their dealer code , dealer name, dealer address & registered mobile number ( In case of new user).
4. After Sign Up, Citizen can pay cow cess fess online and take the printout of receipts.
5. Pay cow cess fees through Credit Cards (or) Debit cards (or) Net Banking.
